If you are trying to order from the European/International online store and receive an error message, please try the following:
Using either Firefox or Safari, change your preferences to "Accepting All Cookies". Emptying your cache and removing all cookies also helps.
Please also make sure that the address form is filled out correctly, i.e. the way the address appears on your credit card statement.
Please also disregard any passwords and logins sent to you by mail as they are not registered/valid if the order didn't go through.
Please try placing a new order, registering as a new customer or without registering.
